Used this twice.The first time i applied, had a steam in the bath for 20 mins, then washed and conditioned my hair.My head was a mass of knots.About to throw this away then read instructions again, this time I applied and combed through my hair in section, before leaving on over night.In morning washed and conditioned my hair, again combing through conditioner and ha presto,my hair was beautifully soft, conditioned and full of stretch, not hard and stiff at all.Due to lock down unable to get hair chemically relaxed, so it has been a nightmare dealing with 5 months of regrowth underneath relaxed hair..This has solved this problem.
